Established in 1981, Topps was created when managing director Barry Adams, then a roofer by trade, saw a growing need and trend for safe working platforms.
From starting off in a small truck to renting a humble yard in Rochester (that would flood when the tide came in), Topps has grown over the years and is now existing in a purpose-built depot in Hopewell Drive, Business Estate, Chatham.
A family run business and with the help of loyal employees, some of whom have given over 45 years’ service, Topps continues to compete in an ever-increasingly competitive market. Topps has managed to survive and indeed grow in difficult economic times shared by us all.
The secret of our success has been down to our ability to listen to our customer’s needs and provide the best possible solution.

We carry £10 million public liability insurance and enforce a strict health and safety policy, with all operatives fully trained. Offering a 24 hour call out service, Topps has the ability to respond quickly and efficiently whenever you need us.
